iMERGENCE Corporate Improv Training
Description
At iMERGENCE, we use improv to do something most trainings can’t: actually change how people show up at work. Since 2011, we’ve been helping companies like PwC, Pfizer, Apple, Deloitte, Google, and American Express (and plenty of powerful start-ups too) build cultures that are more connected, creative, and adaptable.
We don’t do slideshows or lectures. We get people moving, laughing, and practicing the real skills that matter—listening, leading with empathy, thinking on your feet, and building trust in the moment. And it sticks. Teams leave not only energized but equipped to work together better.
Holly Mandel—of LA's famed Groundlings Theater—started iMERGENCE after years of performing and teaching improv, and now gets to bring that same spark into boardrooms, off-sites, and leadership programs. Along with Sarah Hicks and her team of professional expert facilitators, our mission is simple: make workplaces more human, more fun, and a whole lot more effective.
