Are you a Latina Business Owner navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship alone? Do you find it difficult to connect with others who understand your background and challenges, while trying to source new business and grow your company? Amplify Latina is designed for entrepreneurs who identify as Latina Business Owners, both WBENC Certified and non-certified, who are experiencing barriers related to the racial equity gap, and are seeking support, peer accountability, and a community.

What to Expect

Is Amplify Latina Right for Me?

Amplify Latina is a Mastermind program uniquely designed for Latina Business Owners. Through Amplify Latina, participants will receive support in maximizing your supplier diversity access so you can scale your business. All are welcome to apply although programming is designed in consideration of the unique experiences of Latina Business Owners, the equity gap, and barriers not limited to:

  • Overcoming biases in business
  • Addressing the lack of representation
  • Access to mentorship
  • Navigating networking challenges
  • Securing resources and capital

WBEs who participate in Amplify Latina will receive:

  • In-Person opportunities for Networking and meeting Coporate Members
  • Community of advancing entrepreneurs
  • Bi-weekly mastermind meetings
  • Virtual roundtable with Amplify Mentors
  • Masterclasses with Supplier Diversity Sponsor
  • Direct and specific feedback from Amplify Mentors
  • Planning support and peer accountability
  • Opportunity to share/swap resources

Participants are expected to:

  • Submit a one-time nonrefundable $50 program fee to offset program costs.
  • Attend and actively engage in all virtual Mastermind sessions, held biweekly over six months.
  • Seek and provide help and support to cohort partners.
