As Director of Operations for WBEC Metro NY and Greater DMV, Patrick Gaeta provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment of organizational activities. In this role, Patrick oversees the Programs and Business Development Team and works closely with senior leadership to drive key initiatives, manage cross-departmental operations, and develop systems that enhance productivity and performance. He partners with the Chief Operating Officer to design and manage the organization’s budget, implement operational strategies, and establish policies, procedures, and training protocols that foster consistency and compliance across the organization.

Since joining WBEC Metro NY and Greater DMV in September 2022, Patrick has taken on increasing responsibility, building on a decade of managerial experience in the music, construction, and real estate industries. He now manages vendor relationships, sponsor portals, HR functions, and corporate partner engagement—serving as a key liaison for financial processes tied to sponsorships and donations. A self-starter with a passion for systems thinking and mission-driven work, Patrick plays a central role in streamlining internal operations, producing data-driven reports, and supporting the adoption of technology to improve service and impact. Through his leadership, he continues to champion the entrepreneurial spirit that drives WBEs forward.
