Brandy Durham
As Director of Operations, Brandy Durham oversees the operational infrastructure of WBEC Metro NY and Greater DMV including finance coordination, human resources, vendor and systems management, and governance support for the Board of Directors. She partners closely with the certification, programs, marketing, and events teams to ensure every part of the organization operates in service of its network of Women’s Business Enterprises (WBEs).
Brandy brings more than eight years of nonprofit operations experience to the role spanning social justice advocacy organizations and family foundations. She has built a reputation for creating clear, reliable operational systems, from financial processes to vendor management, that help organizations deliver on its commitments with consistency and care.
