As Senior Manager, Events & Program Experience at WBEC NY DMV, Andy Ramos owns the design, execution, and operational success of the organization’s special events and programs. Andy manages programming from concept through delivery, ensuring every experience meets participant needs while advancing WBEC NY DMV’s mission and strategic priorities. Andy also builds the tools, documentation, and standard operating procedures that make programming consistent and scalable, and cultivates strong relationships with speakers, stakeholders, and external partners. Andy holds an MPA in Public and Nonprofit Policy and Management from NYU and has worked with teams of all sizes, from grassroots efforts to multi-million-dollar nonprofits.
