Women are often their own toughest critics, placing pressure on themselves to be perfect, second-guessing their decisions, and holding back from pursuing opportunities because of self-doubt. For women business owners, these limiting beliefs can hinder growth, leadership, and success.

This empowering session, led by Dr. Rochelle Cooper, CEO and founder of Cooper Management, will help participants recognize and challenge their inner critic, step outside their comfort zones, and embrace a more confident and authentic mindset. Through practical strategies and actionable insights, attendees will learn how to overcome self-imposed barriers, silence imposter syndrome, and show up with greater confidence in their businesses and professional lives.

Rochelle is a passionate talent leader and CEO/Founder of Cooper Management, an Executive Coaching and Assessment Firm, providing high-impact coaching, team-building and advising, to enable leaders and teams to achieve visible success in their roles.

Rochelle has successfully coached over 6,500 senior leaders, trained over 5800 executives globally in Fortune 50 and 100 companies in the Pharma industry and across many industries. Sample client companies include: AbbVie, Adobe, Bayer, Bristol Myers Squibb, Citibank, Estee Lauder, Google, HSBC, Johnson & Johnson, JP Morgan Chase, Metropolitan Life, Novartis, PayPal, Pfizer, Prudential, Sony and Time Warner. She also has strong expertise in building high-performing teams, having led over 500 team-building sessions for global senior teams to enhance their effectiveness, vision and performance.

Background
Dr. Cooper has held positions at JPMorganChase, in Organizational Development, at Merrill Lynch in Talent Management and Bell Labs, where she was an Assessment Center Expert on measuring leadership potential. For the last fifteen years, Rochelle has been on faculty  at Hofstra University’s School of Business, where she teaches Executive Leadership Skills in the Executive MBA and traditional MBA programs. She has taught many courses for
Columbia Business School, including Women in Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Influencing Stakeholders and Leading Teams.
