Robert Khan
Robert Khan is the Vice President of Procurement and Contract Management for AARP. AARP is a nonprofit, nonpartisan membership organization that helps people 50+ have independence, choice and control in ways that are beneficial and affordable to them and society as a whole.
Robert leads the Procurement & Contract Management functions and is responsible for AARP’s enterprise-wide procurement activities. This includes managing strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and the supplier management processes.
Robert joined AARP in 2018 after working for National Geographic, Discovery Communications and CBS holding a variety of financial positions of increasing responsibility.
Robert has a B.S. degree in accounting and business management from the University of Maryland and is currently a member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and the Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council (CRMSDC).
Robert has two daughters and lives in Odenton, Maryland with wife Patricia Khan.
