Cheryl was born in Cape Town South Africa and immigrated to the United States in 1996. Cheryl is an advocate of strengthening the voices of all individuals—within a company or a community —through listening, empowering, and shared leadership. Passionate and devoted to serving underprivileged and neglected people in society to help and improve life for her fellow men, women and children. Her top 5 strengths are: Belief, Developer, Futuristic, Maximizer, and Positivity.

Cheryl’s Procurement career spans over 15+ years’ experience; currently holding the Global Supplier Diversity position at Organon where she works to develop and grow relationships with current diverse suppliers to identify and act on expanded opportunities. She cultivates relationships with potential diverse suppliers, so they are prepared to do business with Organon when the appropriate opportunities arise. Before joining Organon, Cheryl held several sourcing procurement positions at Coventry, Gate Gourmet and Continental Airlines.
