The Powerplay Pitch Academy is a year-round workshop series designed to meet business owners where they are and support their growth every step of the way.

The foundation of every great pitch starts with what you say. Pitch Academy workshops are designed to help you craft a clear, compelling, and memorable message that communicates your value, tells your story, and leaves a lasting impression.

Delivery

Knowing what to say is only half the battle. Delivery workshops focus on how you say it: helping you develop the pacing, tone, and structure to communicate your message with confidence, clarity, and impact every time you speak.

How you show up matters just as much as what you say. The Pitch Academy will help you cultivate the confidence, body language, and authentic energy needed to command any room, connect with any audience, and show up as your most powerful self.

discovered the transformative power of speech coaching, but also realized how expensive and inaccessible it was for most people.

This personal journey fueled Nico's passion to democratize this essential skill. He co-founded Speeko, an AI-powered speech coach, to make confident communication accessible and affordable for everyone.

Jen's diverse background spans over three decades in high-stakes finance, tech sales, classical music performance, and dynamic live facilitation. Prior to Speeko, Jen served as Vice President, Head of Sales & Client Experience at The Forem, Senior Vice President and Head of Relationship Management at Greenwich Associates (now Crisil Coalition Greenwich), and she was a senior sales trader at UBS Investment Bank. She began her corporate career in back office operations at AIG Financial Products Corp
