As Senior Operations Manager for WBEC Metro NY and Greater DMV, Patrick Gaeta is responsible for administrative functions and strategic guidance related to the vision of the WBEC community. With the ability to prioritize, plan, and accomplish short term goals while maintaining the long-term vision, Patrick helps keep stakeholders accountable and provides direct assistance to the Chief Operating Officer. Joining in September 2022, Patrick previously spent the last decade involved as a manager in several industries (Music, Construction, and Real Estate). Patrick is a self-starter who is trying to push the needle forward and spread the same entrepreneurial spirit to all WBEs.
