Monica Ballen is a Certification Coordinator for WBEC Greater DMV. Monica provides direct support and helps guide women-owned businesses through the certification process. Prior to joining the WBEC family, Monica’s professional experience has included roles in human resources, project management and retail management. Monica holds a BA in Internal Business from Agustiniana University from Bogota, Colombia. Outside of work, Monica enjoys traveling, volunteering, and learning about new cultures.
