Kyra Berkheiser is a Certification Specialist for WBEC Metro NY where she helps women-owned businesses through the certification application process. Kyra has an MFA in creative and professional writing, which has assisted her in the many roles she has taken on during her career. She has become proficient in process improvement and has created documents and processes for Yale School of Medicine Department of Neurosurgery and West Virginia University Heart and Vascular Institute. Kyra also owns her own crafting business and enjoys knitting and crocheting all kinds of items for any and everyone.
