Her career spans leadership roles such as Branch Manager, Business Relationship Manager, and Commercial Banker. In her current role, she partners directly with entrepreneurs to close operational gaps and implement sustainable growth strategies. 

Beyond her corporate work, Evena is a passionate community advocate. She volunteers with The Links, Incorporated, supports youth development, and serves on multiple boards including Opportunity Charter School and the Women’s Enterprise Development Center—championing the success of women business owners.
