Lisa Hilton is the Director of Risk & Insurance Management for AARP. Her career spans over 25 years in the areas of enterprise risk management, captive creation and management and fraud investigation. She is responsible for AARP’s insurance portfolio, captive program, ergonomics and maintains risk management responsibilities for 50 state offices; plus, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an Associate’s degree in Administration of Justice. She is a certified Certified Cyber Security Architect (CCSA), Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS), Certified HIPAA Professional (CHP) and Remote Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (REAS).
