As Sr. Director, Content and Community, for WBEC Metro NY and Greater DMV, Stephanie DeMizio provides strategic direction and operational leadership for content, programming, and community engagement in support of the organization's mission, strategic priorities, and growth. She also leads the content and programming for the annual Women MEAN Business Summits and Impact Awards Luncheons, partnering with internal and external teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact experiences.
Stephanie brings more than 25 years of experience in content strategy, development, and production across industries, with a particular passion for professional development, executive leadership, and coaching. Her work has taken her around the world, producing content for events that have reached audiences of up to 30,000 people.
In her role, she leads with curiosity, collaboration, and a drive to continuously improve, always looking for ways to elevate the work and the people it touches.
