Charlene Vickers
As Director, Capital Construction & Facilities Services Procurement with Johnson & Johnson, Charlene brings more than 30 years of supply chain experience to this position. In her current role, Charlene Vickers, serves the Procurement lead for Capital, Construction, and Facilities Services (CCFS), driving critical strategies to support key business initiatives. Most recently, she served as the Director of Responsible Sourcing for J&J, where she developed and implemented strategies to strengthen a robust, innovative, and inclusive supply base. Her career includes leadership roles across procurement and supply chain, where she has driven transformative initiatives in cost optimization, risk management, and new product development. She served as the External Manufacturing Category Leader for J&J’s MedTech sector, overseeing critical supplier partnerships that delivered revenue growth and enhanced customer relationships.
Charlene holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and resides in New Jersey.
