Each year, WBEC NY DMV chooses a theme that reflects what our community needs most. For 2026, that theme is SYNERGY.
For us, synergy is a way of working. It means aligning relationships, programming, and visibility so WBEs have clearer access to resources, opportunities, and the right connections.

SYNERGY is our commitment to:
- Coordinate strengths across WBEs, corporate partners, and local allies so support is connected and easier to act on
- Focus collaboration on outcomes so participation leads to progress
- Share resources and expertise in ways that help businesses grow and compete
- Follow through consistently so opportunity becomes momentum
Building on 2025 Momentum
In 2025, we expanded relationships with local organizations that support entrepreneurs and women-owned businesses to broaden our reach and increase access to information, resources, and opportunities for WBEs. In 2026, we are building on that work with a stronger focus on coordinated action and visibility.

New in 2026: WBE Champion Circle Sponsorships
We are launching new sponsorship opportunities through the WBE Champion Circle. Sponsorship supports WBEC NY DMV programming and visibility for women-owned businesses and does not influence certification standards or procurement decisions.
