Raquel is the Senior Global Director for Supplier Diversity, Sustainable Procurement and Travel Head, Global Enterprise-wide leader for Sustainability and Supplier Diversity Program. She is responsible for developing strategies and frameworks that promote the inclusion of diverse-owned business enterprises in supply chain activities. She has doubled diverse spend in a year and has expanded the program to Canada and throughout the US.

Raquel Hefferan is a thought leader with extensive global experience in designing, implementing, mobilizing, managing, and transforming complex programs and processes. She champions the development of inclusive environments by integrating diversity and sustainability practices into all aspects of the business.
