As Supplier Diversity Program Manager, he is responsible for promoting and implementing Dominion Energy\u2019s Supplier Diversity strategy as well as driving value enhancement in supply chain management strategies.\u00a0 He is the primary contact with external Supplier Diversity Advocacy Groups, Diverse Suppliers, and peer Utility Supplier Diversity professionals.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Dallas joined Dominion Energy in 2001 as a Manager \u2013 Accounting.\u00a0 He became Manager \u2013 Accounting Services in 2003, Project Manager \u2013 Six Sigma in 2006 and Manager \u2013 Shareholder Services in 2009.\u00a0 He assumed his current post in 2016.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134245418&quot;:true,&quot;335559737&quot;:720,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:120}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Before joining Dominion Energy, Dallas served as Comptroller for Virginia Union University from 1990-2000.\u00a0 As Comptroller he oversaw the University\u2019s Accounting, Financial Aid and Student Accounts departments.\u00a0 Prior to joining the administration at Virginia Union in 1990, Dallas worked in the corporate accounting department for Duke Energy in Charlotte, NC.\u00a0 In that role he was responsible for preparing the company\u2019s monthly income statement and balance sheet as well as analyzing monthly earnings for upper management.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134245418&quot;:true,&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:60}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p aria-level=\"2\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Dallas received his bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting from North Carolina Central University and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
