Lisa Hilton is the Director of Risk & Insurance Management for AARP.\u00a0 Her career spans over 25 years in the areas of enterprise risk management, captive creation and management and fraud investigation.\u00a0 She is responsible for AARP\u2019s insurance portfolio, captive program, ergonomics and maintains risk management responsibilities for 50 state offices; plus, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.\u00a0 She holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration and an Associate\u2019s degree in Administration of Justice.\u00a0 She is a certified Certified Cyber Security Architect (CCSA), Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS), Certified HIPAA Professional (CHP) and Remote Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (REAS).<\/p>\n
