Although he didn\u2019t define exactly what he meant by diverse, he said the focus was on women.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStarting on July 1\u00a0in the U.S. and Europe, we\u2019re not going to take a company public unless there\u2019s at least one diverse board candidate, with a focus on women,\u201d Solomon told CNBC\u00a0from the World Economic Forum.
