\n\t\tSusan Feiner is the Vice President, Enterprise Supply Management at FIS. She was most recently the Vice President, Enterprise Supplier Management for Capital One Financial Corporation. Capital One is one of the top 10 banks in the country, with more than 900 branch locations across New York, New Jersey, Louisiana, Texas, Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.<\/p>\n
In this role, Ms. Feiner reports to the Chief Procurement Officer and manages a team which is responsible for sourcing, negotiating and delivering services and goods from third party vendors across several areas of Capital One. She is also responsible for developing strategic sourcing strategies and partnering closely with business owners and supplier management teams to ensure all vendors are fully compliant with the company’s third party management policies and procedures and contract negotiations are well-managed.<\/p>\n
With more than 25 years of experience in Global Supply Management and transformational leadership, Ms. Feiner has held a variety of procurement roles prior to joining Capital One. Most recently, she was Vice President, Global Category Management at American Express where she led multiple service categories including Professional Services, HR Services, Financial Services, Facilities, Logistics and Office Support.<\/p>\n
Prior to this role, she was Vice President, Customer Experience Management within the Procurement division where she was responsible for creating the strategy and developing the framework for building partner-based relationships with business unit stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction.
