2026 All-Access Pass

The 2026 All Access Pass is a year-long VIP pass that gives you streamlined access to all major WBEC Metro NY & Greater DMV events in 2026. One purchase, one confirmation, and you’re covered for a full year of growth, visibility, and connections.

Your All Access Pass includes attendance at all major WBEC Metro NY & Greater DMV 2026 events, including:

• Impact Awards Luncheons
• Women Mean Business Summits
• Industry-focused events and summits
• Strategic Matchmaker programs

You do not need to register separately for these major events; your pass covers your access.

The special introductory rate is $1,000, a savings of $500 off the regular $1,500 price.

The $1,000 introductory rate is available through December 21, 2025. After that date, the price returns to $1,500.

The All Access Pass covers all major 2026 events such as Impact Awards Luncheons, Women Mean Business Summits, Industry Summits/Events, and Matchmaker programs. Some smaller, highly specialized programs or partner-led offerings may not be part of the pass and could require separate registration or fees if designated as such.

For the major events included in the pass, your registration is effectively built in. You may be asked to confirm attendance or provide guest details for planning purposes, but you won’t need to complete a full paid registration each time. The goal is to make entry as seamless as possible.

The pass is intended for use by one primary attendee to support continuity of relationships and visibility. If you need to update the designated pass holder within your company, please contact the WBEC Metro NY & Greater DMV team for support and confirmation of any transfer policies.

The pass covers one individual’s access. It does not automatically include additional seats for colleagues or guests. Additional registrations for team members can be purchased separately per event, subject to availability.

The All Access Pass is a bundled, year-long offering and is generally non-refundable. Missing one or more events does not trigger a partial refund. The value of the pass is in the full year of opportunities, flexibility, and access it provides.

If a major 2026 event included in the pass is rescheduled or shifted to a virtual or hybrid format, your All Access Pass remains valid and your access will automatically transfer to the new format or date.

No. The All Access Pass covers attendance and access, not sponsorship packages, exhibitor tables, or advertising. Those opportunities remain available separately through Impact Awards, Summits, and other sponsorship menus.

The pass covers your event access. It does not include travel costs, hotel accommodations, or non-program meals outside of what is provided during the events themselves.

Certification is strongly encouraged to maximize the value of the network and opportunities, but details on eligibility for purchase are set by WBEC Metro NY & Greater DMV. If you are not yet certified, the pass can be a powerful way to plug into the ecosystem while you pursue certification.
